Terms and Conditions for XYZ Electronics

These terms apply when customers browse, order from or contact XYZ Electronics. By placing an order, customers agree to provide accurate information and to use the storefront lawfully.
Store information:
XYZ Electronics is an electronics and gadgets shop offering smartphones, laptops, tablets, audio products, wearables, gaming devices, smart home products, cameras, drones, accessories, power products, storage, networking and streaming devices. Prices are shown in GBP.
Product information:
We aim to publish clear product titles, images, descriptions, specifications, variants, stock information and warranty details. Product images are for guidance and may vary slightly by colour, packaging, accessory bundle, regional model or manufacturer update. Customers should check the selected variant, storage size, colour and compatibility before ordering.
Orders and acceptance:
After checkout, the order is received for review. An order is accepted when XYZ Electronics confirms it can be fulfilled. We may contact the customer to verify details, confirm stock, clarify variants or arrange delivery. Orders may be cancelled or declined if stock is unavailable, details cannot be verified, an item is incorrectly priced, fraud is suspected or delivery cannot be completed.
Pricing and availability:
Prices, promotions, delivery charges and stock can change without notice before an order is accepted. If a pricing or stock error is discovered, we will contact the customer with the correct information or cancel and refund where applicable.
Payment:
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash on delivery orders must be paid in full to the courier or delivery representative at the time of delivery. Customers should not hand over payment if the parcel appears tampered with before following the delivery inspection process.
Delivery:
Delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on product availability, address, courier capacity, public holidays, weather and verification checks. Customers must provide a reachable phone number and complete address. Failed delivery attempts, refused parcels or incorrect address details may cause delay or cancellation.
Warranty and support:
Products may include manufacturer warranty, seller warranty or both, depending on the item. Warranty coverage does not normally include accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, software modification, activation lock, missing serial labels or normal wear. Customers should keep order confirmation, packaging and serial information for warranty support.
Customer responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for checking device compatibility, network bands, plug type, storage size, colour, software region, accessories and intended use before placing an order. Business customers should check VAT/accounting needs before purchase.
Promotions:
Promo codes may have expiry dates, minimum spend, category exclusions, usage limits or product exclusions. XYZ Electronics may withdraw or correct a promotion if it is misused, published in error or conflicts with another offer.
Limitation:
Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights. XYZ Electronics is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, incompatible accessories, third-party services, network/provider issues, customer data loss, delayed backups or unauthorised modifications. Customers should back up devices before service, return or repair.
